How can I register?: Please visit the registration page of this website. You will be directed to the registration module by clicking on the button: register for the congress. Go through the various steps and you will receive an automatic registration confirmation. Please also check your spam-mailbox. If you did not receive the confirmation,

I am a presenter; do I have to pay for my registration?: Yes, the payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all attendees including presenters. Only invited speakers and chairs might register complimentary if agreed with the organizing committee.
Which currencies are accepted for congress registration?: We only accept payment in euros.
What payment options are there?: You can only pay in the online registration module by credit card or via iDeal. For individual participants, it’s not possible to pay by invoice.
Are lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners included in the registration fee?: Lunches and breaks are included. You have to register and pay separately for dinners.

Can I make a name change?: Please send your requests for changes to us via the contact form on this website.
How can I make a change to my registration?: You can request a change to your registration via the contact form on this website You cannot change your registration online yourself.
Can I cancel my registration?: You can only cancel your registration in writing by using the contact form on this website. You will receive written confirmation of this. The cancellation conditions can be found on registration page of this website.

How can I travel to the country/venue the congress is being held in?: Please check out the ‘general information’ page on this website to find out the best way to organize your congress visit.

How can I book a hotel stay?: You can check out the registration page to see if it’s possible to book a hotel night.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?: You will receive a certificate of attendance by email usually within two weeks after the conference.
Is accreditation being applied for?: On the page ‘general information’ you can find out if and for which associations accreditation has been requested and which points have already been awarded.

Where can I find the abstract submission rules?: You can find all submission rules on the ‘abstract submission’ page on this website.
What is the abstract deadline?: You can find the abstract submission deadline on the ‘abstract submission’ page on this website.
How can I get my certificate of presentation?: Please contact the congress secretariat within 2 weeks after the congress via the contact form on this website. Please add the following details to your request:
– name presenter
– title presentation/session
– day/timeslot
